#2623 – Auto-feed the final fare amount in paypal

 Hello there,

We tried booking a test ride with random details. The final amount is generated in the outbound summary along with the tax amount, However, the ride fare amount is not automatically populated in the Paypal checkout.

When the payment is directed to Paypal we are getting a "price per item" field to manually enter the amount, we want this to be automatically fed with the final fare amount.

This is strange, this was supposed to be a pre-filled amount by the final fare, there should be nothing to enter on the payment page. Not sure whether this is for your PayPal account only, we need to debug it.

I found this strange too, and I have now put it on the sandbox. We need to resolve this as soon as possible, so could you please let me know when this issue will be resolved?

Finally I found the issue, you set 0 as Deposit ( % ) in the PayPal configuration tab ( see the attached please ). This means user has to pay 0% of the booking amount which is actually 0. It has to be 100% if you want your customers to pay the whole booking amount or you can leave it blank ( as it is now ).

Also, please set Debug = YES, it will cache all the Transaction responses in a cache file which will help to debug any issues later.
