1. DriveNot does not store any user data submitted through the app. Registration and Order (booking) information are passed on to the transportation company the service is ordered from.

Please note each Company’s own Terms and Conditions available at the end of each booking process before any data is submitted.

2. No details whatsoever are harvested or used for commercial purposes, and we will never provide such details to third parties - unless we have a statutory obligation to do so, or if a court requests disclosure.

3. The details of your request (origin, destination, number of passengers, and any other journey information you enter) will be stored on the Company’s server that you are booking services from. The details of your request are not attributable to you, your computer or another device in any way. They are submitted and stored anonymously.

4. Any information we do collect is stored safely and securely and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

5. Any details which we request of you (including the origin of your journey, your destination, the number of passengers and the date and time at which you require transportation) are required only to improve the accuracy of the service in relation to your unique transportation cost estimation.

6. It is not our policy to collect cookies.

7. We may store any communications made to us, including but not limited to email communication, for as long as is necessary for the routine and efficient management of the company. 8. Where DriveNot app, Companies listed in the app or any affiliated service, provides a link to an external website, we are not liable or responsible for the content or management of that site unless expressly stated. In this regard, we cannot be held liable for any further information you provide to third parties - which may be beyond the scope of this Privacy Policy.

9. This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time without the express consent of the user. If you continue to use the service following an update in the terms, your continued use of the service will act as implied consent to any amendments made.
