 Dear Marian Kanev and others,
I paid for a new wordpress site with a taxi booking form that you tried to install, but it didn't work properly. Although I tried to contact you, but you did not respond to my inquiries.
After a few days or weeks the site just crashed and I have nothing left.
You don't answer my calls, emails, support tickets!

We have never refused support and will always reply to tickets - we don't offer support any other way because of language and timezone difficulties.
Please open a Private support ticket and send us login details to your website so we can investigate your issues.

I just checked your website taxi-krk.com and it looks like it has been hacked.

Please contact your hosting company immediately with enquiry how and why that may have happened.

We will be happy to help you and install the website and Taxi Booking again for you but you need to find out what has happened to your website first to prevent it from happening again.

Hi,
did you talk to your hosting provider? Did they tell you how the site got hacked?
This doesn't have anything to do with Taxi Booking for WordPress as we haven't had such incidents before.
Please let us know if you have installed any other plugins to the WordPress package we have installed and what other steps you have taken so we can make sure that this is avoided in the future.

Hi Marin,
I am sorry to bother you again but we need confirmation about the issue with your website being hacked (it is something that only your hosting provider can help you with as it isn't caused by Taxi Booking or the Theme that we have installed on your hosting as we have done so to many other clients).

As soon as we hear back from you we will get the website up and running and will take a good care of you this time.

Dear Sir,
if you are so worried about the status of my site, you could look at it yourself and see that the problem with the virus has been solved.
I doubt that the hacker attack happened because I shared the access data with you, but that was my mistake.
What revolted me was your lack of interest in getting the site up and running before the virus itself. After I paid you, I contacted you via support forms several times, I sent emails, I even contacted you by phone, but I received absolutely no response until I publicly shared my problem.
I would like to mention that I have been using your services for about 10 years and I haven't had any problems, but I think this is the last time we cooperated.
You left me without a website for more than a month and we suffered big losses in business.
I don't expect any more moves from your side, good luck.

we value transparency in our relationships with our clients and I can assure you that the public status of this ticket has nothing to do with the help that you deserve.
We have been conducting an internal investigation into why unresponsiveness to your previous tickets has happened and we have found that several unfortunate incidents have led to that.
There was the Holly month of Ramadan which the person responsible for your installation had observed and they didn't get any notifications about the consequent tickets that you have posted.

We value all our clients and because you have been with us for so long we will compensate you with an additional 2 years of support and updates once we restore your website.

In all fairness we wanted you to back up your Joomla website so you can restore it if something goes wrong with the WordPress installation but we are taking the whole responsibility on us and we want to make things right for you.
