We got an order and the person went to pay thru PayPal and a error message came up to try back later. How can this be fixed ASAP?

This sounds like a PayPal issue with their payment portal and not connected to Taxi Booking.
If you can send us some screenshots or screen video we can investigate further.
Honestly, we haven't heard of such problem in the past.

Attached is what you get when you try to book a trip.
On the taxi booking for payments all you have to enter is the email address that is associated with PayPal correct to take the online payment? Does the Sandbox need to be checked?
