#1221 – Address search error: The geocode was successful but returned no results. This may occur if the geocoder was passed a non-existent address.

Hi, Marian, I found embarrassing bug, because client can not found some easy tourist address.
I've got this error message:
The geocode was successful but returned no results. This may occur if the geocoder was passed a non-existent address.

No itinerary on the google map and impossible to calculate the price.

How to reproduce the bug:
- Select Service Type: Address Search
- Pick up: 5 Rue de la Paix, Paris, France
- Drop off: Mont Saint-Michel, France
or
L'Abbaye, Mont Saint-Michel, France
or
Mont Saint Michel, Mont Saint-Michel, France

The error message means that Google Maps API can not provide at least one available Route (Driving) between Pickup and Dropoff points. We are using Google Maps API to calculate Route details (Estimated distance and duration for a trip), so if Google Geocoder API does not have any route, there is nothing to do on our side. You can check at google.com/maps, try to get a Driving direction between Pickup (co-ordinates) and Dropoff (co-ordinates).

Hi Ronniee, in this case may be we can make more explicit or understandable, for average user, error message?
Something Like this: "There is only pedestrian route possible toward indicated arrival point, indicate another address close to the initial arrival point"

You can change the text and any other text via Joomla's language override functionality.
This way you will ensure that the changes are not overridden next time you update Taxi Booking.
