#1549 – Gratuity Bug

 Hi,
there is a bug in Driver Gratuity, when we select gratuity, and then we select payment method, gratuity gets removed from the total price, we again have to select the gratuity.

it is in the last step of booking, gratuity is on right side and payment methods are on left side...

please guide

Payment method has to be selected before Gratuity.
Gratuity % is applied to the total amount of the order. Payment methods can have different additions like VAT, Fee, Tax etc. so the amount may vary depending on the Payment method selected.
Hence, Gratuity is removed if a different payment method is selected after selection of gratuity and it has to be reapplied again.

Okay that clear this... One more question, can we modify order numbers? we like them to be in ascending order and shorter... is it something achievable?

you can change the Order number at the back end > Settings > Order email settings >
Custom Invoice number format: ymdn - where y stands for Year, m for Month, d for Day and n for a consecutive number. Don't forget to have "n" in the number so there are no same numbers generated.
