I have a problem to use the component on localhost.
How can I fix it?

Hi Omar,

You have to collect API keys to access Google Maps API from TaxiBooking, Google restricts all requests without API key. You can check our online tutorial here.

And, it seems you are using Old Booking Form (Design 1 in Backend -> Design settings), this design is deprecated and we will not provide any support for this. Please use new Booking Form and set Design 2.

You still have to collect API keys from Google, you can set Referrer URLs blank as you will work on your local server.

Sorry to ask but I'm pretty new to google cloud platform. I thought it was free but it seems I have to sign up to receive 300$ credit to spend over a 12 month period to use api.

Is this credit enough for the usage of taxibooking?
Do I have to pay when the 12 month trial ends?

Hi,

Google gives you a credit for $200 a month to cover for the previous Free tier of usage.
However, they require you to have a billing account enabled in their Google console and have a valid credit card on file in case you use more than $200 a month.
