#1606 – Private tours: bad language and bad custom fields in module and component

 Hello team, I found several problems with private tours in module and component.

1. Language of private tour does not correspond to the language of the site front end in module and component. (for instance on the english side of the front end I see russian tours in the field "Select Tour"
2. In module on English front side if you click on Shuttles tab and then on Private Tours only Date is visible, no time field is visible
3. In module If after clicking on Address or Offers tab or other tabs and selecting some fields like "Taxi from" and if then you click on "Private Tours tab" you will see all fields from previous tabs "Address" or "Offers" in the "Private Tours".
4. In module If you click on Shuttles tab and select all needed fields and then click on Private Tours tab you will see all fields and comments from Shuttles in Private Tours.

I've tested your fix, there is still issue :
1. Language of private tour does not correspond to the language of the site

2. Language of pick up location does not correspond to the language of the site
