#1609 – Google API Key - maps is not displayed after update

Hello, I've just updated my Google account on https://console.developers.google.com,
I've created second API Key with restriction to my domain https://aramis-paris.com
and entered the key to API Server Key field in Map Settings.
But google map does not display on my test3 site: https://aramis-paris.com/test3

It works fine on the https://aramis-paris.com, but I did not update Taxibooking on it.

Can you help me?

Hi,

It seems you have added wrong referrer for server API key. You should create 2 API keys, one is browser API key with your website URL as referrer and another is server key with your server IP address as referrer. Please check our online tutorial about Google maps API integration here for more details.

I created two keys:
1. server key with allowed IPv4 of my web host server
2. browser with allowed http sites:
https://*.aramis-paris.com/*
https://*.aramis-paris.com*
https://aramis-paris.com

Hi Serge,

If you want to show the map on the right side as it was earlier, you have to set Show map in popup = NO and Show map in Desktop & Mobile = YES at Backend -> Design settings. I think Show map in popup is now YES, so you will see a View map button for Address to Address bookings only, you can't see that button for Special Offers. Please let us know if you still find any problem.

How can I deactivate satellite veiw and street view in the map? It is useless for a booking process.

I have this error message:
"This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key. Request received from IP address 213.251.182.107, with empty referer"

Tracert command indicates that my site : aramis-paris.com has IP 213.186.33.18

Satellite and Street views can't be disabled at the moment, these are useful navigation tools for general users, we will think of adding enable/disable feature for these views in upcoming versions.

According to the Google API, your server IP address 213.251.182.107 as it states "Request received from IP address 213.251.182.107", so please talk to your server administrator to get the correct IP address and add that IP address as IP referrer for the Server API key in your Google project.
