#1796 – Cancellation notice email

 Hi,

when the customer cancels the reservation, an email arrives with only the "canceled" status change, but the email with the title is always the same ....

Is there a possibility to have a personalized cancellation email?
Eventually, with a title "The reservation has been canceled ...."

Hi Pinella,
it is always good for your customers to open emails received from you. This improves trust and also email delivery.
At the moment all emails are the same with the variable changing for order status.
If you need separate email templates this will require some custom development and we will have to charge you a development fee for it.
