#1803 – Booking Notifications - Spam

 Hi,
I have problem with the booking notifications that taxi booking send. All the booking notifications are mark as spam as i checked both in google and hotmail.

I have problems with my customers as they don't get the booking confirmation emails in the indox.

I want a solution as soon as possible

Hi Stergios,
email delivery has nothing to do with Taxi Booking, it's all handled by your Joomla and server PHP mail function - you can try using SMTP if you like.
One common reason for emails going to spam is if your Joomla From email is different than the website domain so you should change these to match.
For further advice, you can talk to your hosting provider and consult the internet for email delivery improvements.
