#1854 – Waiting vs accepted on cash payment

 

How come an order is set as confirmed (email and backend), even though the cash payment option is set as pending?

Hi Mark,

If it is a Cash order it shouldn't be set as Accepted automatically.
Please provide the order number and in a private ticket provide Temporary access to your website back end and FTP so we can investigate further.

You haven't set the price per unit distance in correct format, you added 0,86, but this has to be 0.85 (decimal point, not comma). I have corrected the price format. Now, you will see price calculating correctly at frontend. Price was 0 (zero) earlier and all orders with zero price will be considered as free order and hence orders will be accepted automatically.

I have just submitted a test order (#5d8cc17ee689a) using Cash payment method and you will see order status is Waiting.

Please check on your side and let us know if you still find any problem or have any confusion.
