 Hi Marian,

Ive installed your software and found the instructions next to useless. Again the references too J2.5 are a cast back to the old times and the rest of it is as good as microsoft’s help files. Extremely accurate but next to useless.

Have tried side by side set up with your demo site yet we still have London based map pick up points even though we have set our local area as the location.

There would appear there would be nothing we can do to change this, your assistance would be helpful as we are struggling to set this up in any functional way. Can I suggest videos on each menu item in your software or proper documentation that shows screenshots of examples and some sort of logical sequence to follow to ensure no steps are lost.

RedSys for Taxi Booking
Hi Gibson,

I guess you couldn't configure API keys properly. We need your site admin panel access to see what is the error reported by Google Maps API, please send us temporary backend login to your site admin panel.

https://kanev.com/docs/taxi-booking/google-maps-api-integration

Here is a complete tutorial on how to configure API keys. If you need any assistance from us, you have to set us (taxibookingpro@gmail.com) as an Editor of your Google project. Then we will be able to access your Google project from our side without any authentication.

Thanks & Regards
Ronniee

SumUp for Taxi Booking J4
Hi Gibson,
there is nothing attached to your reply - please make sure when you are attaching images that they are with short names and no special characters.

Google Maps API is not just copying and pasting API keys - you have to set restrictions for those API keys properly as explained in our documentation https://kanev.com/docs/taxi-booking/google-maps-api-integration: You need to set IP referral for Server key which is your hosting server's IP address and URL referral for Browser key which is your website address with all directories that are using the Google Map (front end and back end).
You also have to set up Billing on your Google console (see video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Tkp1UdwfjI).
All this is explained step by step in the provided online tutorial.

However, if you feel like you cannot properly follow those instructions and do the setup yourself we offer to do all that for you at no cost for yourself. All you have to do is to provide proper TEMPORARY access to your website (the access you have provided is useless because it is administrator account with no access to Taxi Booking component - next time please log in with the username and password before you send them to us to make sure that we have access to the back office properly).
We may need access to FTP of your website to access files directly as there might be conflicts with some of your other Joomla modules, plugins or components (not related to Google Maps but I saw that your front end booking form is not loading the styles correctly so I would like that we can take care of that while helping you with Google Maps setup).

Also, we need you to make taxibookingpro@gmail.com an Editor of your Google Maps project through your console so we can access the credentials for the created Browser and Server keys and fix the referrals for you as well as enabling the 5 necessary APIs if you haven't done so. See this video on how to make us an Editor (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdB53MQ97_8) and send us your project name and ID (very important to send us correct name and ID as we have access to multiple projects and we have to be able to identify yours).

Let me summarize:
1. Access as super user to your website's back end.
2. Access to FTP in the root directory of your website.
3. Access to Google developer console.
All this has to be sent in a Private ticket with TEMPORARY credentials that you have to delete after we are done helping you.

Unless you provide us with the above access we will not be able to help you at all.

Hope this clarifies things.
Kind regards.

I believe i have already done this, have tried to yet again attach a screenshot however it would appear your software doesn't like capitalized file type names which windows snipping tool automaticly creates.
