 Hello,
A couple of websites I manage is experiencing delayed or no Order email issue.
Sometimes Order email comes instantly, some times hours later and some times it never delivered.
What do you think the issue might be?

Hi Mike,
the email sending request is instant with the order submission - there must be some kind of action to initiate the email request and this is the order submission.
Shared hosting servers have a mail queue for all the websites and this queue may be very long at times. This is often the reason for email delays and sometimes emails don't get delivered if the email queue is flushed for some reason.
This has nothing to do with Taxi Booking as it is not sending the emails directly - the server does it.
You can use SMTP email sending instead of PHP mail (set in Joomla's General settings) and this may improve deliverability if the SMTP is a reputable one.
