#29 – Component and module not working

 Hi there,

Wheter the booking component nor the module are working on my clients website: all fields are unclickable. I installed it on another website: all is working fine there.

If I try to inspect the website with Firebug all I see is the outer wrapper of the module, nothing else can be inspected.

I also noticed that after the installation some icons are missing (see attachment) and the Captcha isn't showing up.

If you click “Buchen” in the navbar it shows the component. Beneath the “Preise” section you find the module.

I really would appreciate your help because this project is very important to me.

Hi Nicole,
It looks like a template problem as the template is One page Ajax template.
My first suggestion is to unpublish the module and see if Taxi Booking component works then because it won't work if the module and component are published on the same page.
I can click on all fields both in module and component and Address autosuggest works fine as well. However, when you click on See price button you don't see the list of available Cars. There could be a number of reasons for this to happen and most common are: Module and Component published on the same page, cURL and/or allow_url_fopen not enabled in your server preventing your website to contact Google Maps API.
Please try these suggestions and also try seeking support from the template developer regarding CSS issues, if this does not help please send us temporary Joomla back end and temporary FTP access to your website in a Private thicket so we can take a closer look and help you.
