#36 – (URGENT) Installation issue on joomla 2.5

 Hi .

I purchased this component for our website but I was not able to install it.I installed it the installation went trough and even the module.
It even shows the component in the list of my components but when I click on it I get nothing just a blank page.


Please let me know if it's resolved.

Hi Saba,
you can run the installation again if something went wrong while installing.
There is no reason why you would get a blank page if the installation has gone through normally.
If you still have this problem please enable Error reporting in Joomla's configuration and let us know if there are any errors when you visit Taxi Booking's back end.
Alternatively you can provide us with temporary Joomla back end and FTP access through a Private ticket so we can take a closer look for you.

Please try the joomla backend first.
If you were not able to perform the task via joomla I can ask my manager to give me the FTP access

I hope that updating from Joomla 2.5.4 to Joomla 2.5.6 has fixed the problem that was preventing you to see Taxi Booking's back end. If you have any other questions please let us know.
