 Hi Kanev

I have a question about how to use "The Calendar Taxibooking".
when I accept and assign a driver to a service, automatically appear in "the taxibooking calendar"? or I have to go to my calendar and write a note, it then appears in the taxibooking calendar?

It would be better, automatically appear in the "taxibooking calendar" each time the services are accepted.

the integration is automatic but it's quite complex to follow the steps by Google.
We have put together a PDF tutorial that will help you with the integration but make sure you don't miss a step and follow the instructions.

I follow all the instructions in PDF tutorial, but still continue with the problem in the taxibooking google calendare, can you chek and review the instalation of the booking calendare that I did?

we have created a new Google calendar integration PDF with even more detailed instructions and have documented everything step by step (there are 20 steps to follow to complete integration) and we have just uploaded the updated version here: http://kanev.com/docs/taxi-booking/google-calendar
Please download and follow the steps again very carefully.

The problem helping you with the integration is that we need full access to your Google account and Google usually blocks access for locations different from your usual access location.

Ok I will start again with the integration.
Also, I can't download the last vertion of taxibooking:

don't work, It said: 403 - ACCESS FORBIDDEN

how can I update the taxibooking?
why cant I write another Ticket? I just only view tickets.

Hi Jaimie,
for some reason your subscription was not automatically activated after last payment.
We have done that for you now and you can log in and download or use Live update to get the latest version of Taxi Booking.
You will also be able to create new tickets. Ticket system is connected to active subscription and because yours was not active you were not able to create new support tickets.
