Hi guys, here is another one.
Today I've run in one embarrassing situation.
We received a booking order, I've confirmed it and assigned a driver to this order.
When driver came to the hotel to pick up the clients they told that they've booked another transfer because there was no booking confirmation from our side.
I found the reason of this situation, the client entered nonexistent email address, however it was orthographically correct Rvv2002@gnail.com, that's why all my confirmations went to nowhere.
Is there a possibility to receive a "Mail delivery Subsystem" message on admin email like we receive when we send an email to non existent email address, in case when we confirm the order and assign the driver ?
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
kalochnikov.info@gmail.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain gmail.com by gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com. [2a00:1450:400c:c07::1a].
The error that the other server returned was:
550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try
550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or
550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at
