Is there a current feature that allows client to see live location of ride in real time?

Also how many of the features below will be available in future?

Is there a current feature that allows client to see live location of ride in real time? - no, as explained in another ticket you have opened it isn't possible to use Taxi Booking for immediate bookings.

User App Feature : - unlikely, it isn't feasible to have a User App on a WordPress website that is hosted on a shared hosting server. You can take a look at our cloud software at https://booking.drivenot.com where the users have a Progressive Web App which is installable on Android and Windows devices that support PWAs.
Set pickup/Drop location by map - do you mean that the user can move the Pin on the map to adjust the pickup location?
book a ride & Realtime ETA - as previously explained this will not be possible
Show cars on map in Realtime - there will be now car tracking as this will increase the cost too much and will require recurring fee for the tracking service as well
Book A Schedule Ride - at the moment all rides are scheduled for future trips, please explain further if you have something else in mind
Save Favourite Location - Yes, we may integrate an Address book that logged-in users can select an address form their favourites list, please note that for the last 12 years, we have noticed that this is not a popular feature through passengers as it already exists on https://booking.drivenot.com
Apply Promo codes - We may add Coupon codes in the future
Choose Payment Method as cash/card/wallet - There are already Cash and Card payments, we are not planning to add Wallet payments in Taxi Booking for WordPress but we may add it to our Cloud version of the software in the future.
Add Money to Wallet by Debit/Credit Card -see aboveb][/b]
Localization Supports - You can already translate Taxi Booking for WordPress in multiple languages
Multiple Currency Support - maybe in the future but without a live currency tracking as this requires paid APIs - we haven't found a free currency conversion API yet
SOS-Realtime Notify to admin - I don't know what this means, please explain in more details
Referral Program - How would a referral program work?
In-App chat B/W Driver & User - not likely, we are not going to create an in-app chat as this is very resource intensive. If there is an existing Chat integration that is possible we may look into that.
Ride History with Trip status filter - There is ride history already for admins and clients as well.
Ratings & Review - drivenot.com Ratings and Reviews web service is already integrated for all Archived (past) orders.
Cancel Ride with dynamic cancellation reasons - What does "dynamic cancellation reasons" mean?

We are not planning to add a Driver app as it isn't feasible to manage Driver apps through a simple WordPress website. We have created specific Driver features for Taxi Booking for Joomla and these may be added to WordPress if there is enough interest.
