i don't know how i make the new order confirmed automaticaly not at waiting time.

when a client order a transfer i want to be confirmed directly without the step waiting

Hi there,
online orders that are paid with the Cash payment method are always put in Waiting status because the order cannot be confirmed automatically.
All orders that are paid with a payment gateway such as PayPal, Stripe etc. is changed to Accepted state after successful payment.
You can change the text of the state from "Waiting" to "Confirmed" for example (at Translations > English) so your customers are not confused.

you tell this : You can change the text of the state from "Waiting" to "Confirmed" for example (at Translations > English) so your customers are not confused.

i don't find translations english in the panel.
i have :
Settings
Payment methods
Cars
Orders
Custom fields
Users
DriveNot network

Hi again,
sorry for my mistake - thought the ticket was in Taxi Booking for WordPress.
For Joomla 4 you have to go to your back end > System > Language overrides > select English - Site > New > type in Waiting in the Search Text field and then select the Constant and change the text in the Text field on the left-hand side and Save.
This will create the language override for you.
