#1118 – Fake Orders Reminders

What is the possibility of solving the following problem:
Why are customers still receiving orders reminders of orders that have not been accepted and / or have been canceled or rejected.
It is unpleasant to receive complaints from customers to whom we reject the requests and subsequently receive a reminder of the same request.

Hi,

Rejected/Cancelled Orders should not be included in New orders reminder at all, only Accepted/Approved and Pending/Waiting orders should be there. We have checked our core again and it seems working as expected. Please provide more details with screenshot (if possible) and also please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue.
