#1131 – Extra Fiels not Working Properly

Thank you for your help in solving the following problem:
We use extra fields that are set to be mandatory, but most of the time we find that our customers are able to move forward with booking requests without filling in those extra fields.
The information on these extra fields is very important for us, because it will be there that we will be informed of the hours and numbers of flights, as well as addresses, hotels, and destinations and destinations or collections.
Now, if this information is not introduced, although it is mandatory, and the client advances with the reservation process, something is wrong, and it causes us immense problems.

Yes, I noticed the problem, extra fields are not showing in 3rd step, but that is random. Sometimes, extra fields were shown correctly, but sometimes not. Please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue.

I do not know if it will be related to the problem that I presented, related to the custom fields, but the truth is that you can not edit the orders either, because custom fields also appear sometimes and sometimes not.
Thus it is difficult to work with this ever-present problem.
We asked customers for the data by email, and then we were not able to enter them manually in the orders.
