Hi Mansour,
it is not clear what kind of problem you are experiencing.
If you have set up Base of operation and then POIs within that area with correct Coordinates then you will not be seeing the message for out of area destination.
There are some settings in Base settings section that can limit both Pick up and Drop off must be in the area of operation and other settings that can indicate only Pick up or Drop off must be in area of operation.
