#1180 – DRIVENOT - Applied but not gone through

We have applied for DriveNot with all necessary info but we cannot find our listing.
Furthermore, messages are delivered to the customers asking them to review a non-existing company in DriveNot!
Please help,
Is there a way to add i.e. TripAdvisor in the email that is going with DriveNot info?
