#1181 – Email Confirmation not being sent

 Hi there,

Whenever an order is placed, I am not receiving an email confirmation to let me know that it has been placed. How can i fix this?

This issue is most likely related to your email server, please check email server configuration with Server administrator whether its working or not. If mail server is working and order confirmation emails are still not being received, Please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue. Also, please update TaxiBooking to the latest release if you did not do that already.
