#1206 – Can't take back avalible seat after reject/delete an order

 Hello there,
this about shuttle section.
The vehicles have 16 avalible seats before any order.
my customer made a mistake and booked two times.
I rejected one of them by the taxibooking orders section.
But still 14 seat avalible when try to new booking.
Also another car has a same problem. there are no order but avalible seat 15?

Deleted order didn't work.
Clear Cache or Clear Expired Cache didn't work:(
Order cancelation option was NO. Changed yes but same still 14 seat avalible:(


what can we do take back the seats

There might be something in the process of Delete Order which might be the reason. Please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue. And, if you haven't update TaxiBooking to the latest release yet, please do so before sending the access.
