See, I notice the Number of Ticket for the Order is too long, example:

Could it be configure this number or we can change to other number of serie?

Hi Jaime,
the order number is that long and complicated for security reasons. If it was easy to guess then someone could have generated PDF receipts and get to sensitive information (we have added more security checks there though).
However, we have added a feature recently where you can change the receipt number with a Date/Number combination.
You can do that in back end > Taxi Booking > Settings > Order email settings > Custom Invoice number format - mouse over the label to see feature description.
