#124 – Orders List View Extra Fileds Shown

 Hi Mrs Kanev,

I would like to inform you that in the Orders List View where i see all the orders I need some more fileds to be shown. I need the bellow fields with the order as are bellow.

PICKUP DATE- T I M E, PICKUP-FROM(AIRPORT, PORT, EXACT-ADDRESS), PICKUP- FLIGHT / NUMBER, PICKUP- SHIPNAME, DORP-OFF-PLACE(REGION, AIRPOT, PORT, EXACT-ADDRESS) PASSANGER NAME, PASSENGERS-NUMER, PRICE, VEHICLE.
I need these fileds to be shown in horizontal orientation in order to copy/paste them to excell.

Hi Mr Zervos,
you don't need to Copy and Paste those fields into a spreadsheet as you can directly Export orders to CSV (which you can then open in Excel or other Spreadsheet processors).
Just filter or select the orders you would like to export and click on "Export to CSV" button which will allow you to download the exported orders.

Hi Mrs Kanev,
I would like to inform you that I try to export a specific order to csv but the system exports alla the orders of the page. I just checked the left box on the left for the specific order and then press the export to csv button. However the systems do not export only that order but all the others shown in the list. Am I doing something wrong or I missed something.

Another issue is that the export to csv does not export all the fields data I need. I also need the Flight-Number, Ship-Name, Address for pickup and drop off.

Can you please add these fields to the cvs export functionality.

Hi Mr Zervos,
actually the CSV export was set to export orders filtered by the Search filters on top of Orders and not only selected orders which we will fix in the next Taxi Booking release so only selected orders can be exported.
Not all fields can be exported straight to CSV (especially Custom fields) because they can be assigned to Pick up/Drop off/Address search/Hourly hire etc. separately.
For the purpose of full export we need to create a Report builder, a functionality that we have researched and published at the Development section: http://kanev.com/development/taxi-booking/43-csv-export-builder-for-orders-reports.
