 Hello there,

I would like to ask 2 thinks:

1) Is there a way to pass a value in component's fields through URL? Assume that i have created a quick form for frontpage and i fill in some data like booking date, number of adults and pick up place and click Book button then to go to your component page with some field values inside url in order for these values to show directly to the fields of your component

2) Can i work this component only with POIs?

At the top of this page, there are 3 columns - Where, When and Who columns. At first column there are 4 fields. At 3rd and 4rth field there are some POIs to pick up and drop off passengers. If you notice, if for example you select one POI from pick-up location field then at drop-off location field POIs are filtered. Can we do something like this with your component? Generally my question is this: Someone goes to backend and created all POIs he needs. Then, inside a POI, can i select which POIs will be available if this POI is selected?

Example:

I have those POIs:
Athens Airport
Alou Fan Park
Railways
Thessaloniki Airport
Kavala Airport
Akropolis tour
Rafina port

So if for example i select as pick-up destination Athens Airport, at drop-off destination to show only Rafina port and Akropolis tour POIs.

Is this possible?

1) Is there a way to pass a value in component's fields through URL? - as of version 3.8 of Taxi Booking this is not available but currently we are working on Google calendar integration and then we will be working on Booking through URL which will pass Booking variables to the form. This feature was funded through our Development section and will be soon available in Taxi Booking.

2) Can i work this component only with POIs? - yes, you can have Taxi Booking work just with Points of Interest. Depending on the pricing model that you have: if you are forming prices based on price per kilometres/miles you can set in Taxi Booking > Settings > General > Use Pick up address/Drop off address to No and then Address search will not be available in the Address tab.
If you are working with Fixed Prices only you can turn the whole Address tab off by setting Show Address tab: No.

3) Generally my question is this: Someone goes to backend and created all POIs he needs. Then, inside a POI, can i select which POIs will be available if this POI is selected? - yes, if you create all your POIs at the back end then you have to create Special routes in which only 2 POIs are assigned for Pick up and Drop off. The system will then filter Drop off POIs based on Pick up selection.
