SystemPay for Taxi Booking, Taxi Booking recurring updates Annually

Hi, there is a new bug when booking a Hourly hire the price is not relevant and the form on the 3rd step is this of Address booking.
How to reproduce the bug :
1. book from address, finish the booking, go back to booking form
2. book from Hourly Hire
In available cars the price will be incorrect
On the 3rd stage the form will be this for Address booking.
