since version 3.9 of Taxi Booking you can assign payment methods to languages and this way you can translate the Payment name in native language.

yes I've updated to 3.9 and I've set all payment methods to all three languages, but in the Email the label "Payment Name" of the field payment method that must be translated in *.ini file by NEW_ORDER_EMAIL_PAYMENT_METHOD="Способ оплаты"
is not translated.

Hi Serge,
Label "Payment name" in order notification/confirmation email is translated from associated Payment plugin language file. So, if the payment associated to an order is Cash, you will find that label in en-GB.plg_tbpayment_cash.ini (for lang english). Lang key is as follows
TBPAYMENT_CASH_PAYMENT_NAME="Payment Name"
