Hello, is it possible to attach a search URL to a particular menu item, in order to display the booking component form on particular pages but with different service type selected by default?

Yes, you should be able to add a SearchURL to a particular menu item, I think you should use System Links -> URL menu item.

If I use External URL it works fine, except that there is no canonical link and this is bad for the SEO!
