Is there a way to set the minimum cost for each vehicle? I would like car a to have a minimum cost of say 100 and car be a different minimum cost of 200.

Minimum distance and minimum price can only be assigned to all cars through the settings panel at the moment. To add this feature to each car separately a customization is required.
You can submit a customization request in our Development section - Feature request and when we add the quote you will receive an automatic email with a link to the task in our crowd funding platform.
