Hi,
can you advice me how to translate the label NEW_ORDER_EMAIL_YOUR_WEBSITE_NAME of FromName field,
in fact it is not translated in email of order status change sent from the back end, and also in email of Private Message to Customer.

I also can't find how to translate greeting "Hi" in the Private Message to Customer.

we have added missing translatable labels and improved Confirmation email translations especially for orders added/edited through the back end in version 3.9.1 which is available for download and update from the server, please update and let us know if you still have problems.
