Dear Mr. Kanev

Can you please advise if is there any option to turn off automatic email after customer pay paypal bill.

Now in current state, custumer get automatic response with status waiting after he pay PayPal bill.
So result is, he get a second email with status waiting.
Even if I acepted order quickly and send him email with status Acepted, before he payed bill via PayPal, client still get later again status waiting after he pay bill.

I would like, after customer pay PayPal bill, send him manually confirmation or decline of order.

So I want to know if is possible to disable email after cliend made payement via PayPal.

Hi Marko,
PayPal is sending an IPN (instant payment notification) back to Taxi Booking after a successful payment and Taxi Booking changes the order status to Accepted automatically and sends a new status email.
There are many options at the backend > Taxi Booking > Payment methods > PayPal > Configuration tab so please check if you have set something that is causing the issue you are having.
Default options for email sending are:
Order Status for Pending transactions: Waiting
Order Status for Successful transactions: Accepted
Order Status for Failed transactions: Rejected
Send Email for Pending Status: Yes
Send Email for Approved Status: Yes

Thank you for answer.

First I don't want to customer get status to Accepted automatically . Is NO option for me, because we rejected order a lot of time and refund via PayPal.

So now we have Status for Successful transactions: Waiting

And all works like supose too, is just annoying to see customer gets two times same email with status waiting.

I already try:
Send Email for Approved Status: No
Result was customer didn't get any email with confirmation. These also is not a option for us.

I want send customer after he use PayPal, regardless if transaction was sucessfull or not, the email mayself with my choose of status NOT automatically. Could be this done?.

Hi Marko,
the whole point of using online payment gateway is to automate the booking process. It hasn't been built with manual email sending in mind so I'm afraid it is not possible to choose and send email status manually regardless of transaction results.
