#1469 – Rounded prices

Good afternoon.
Could you please let me know how I can get prices with decimals.
Whenever a price is for example € 37.50 is only displayed and considered € 37.00.
I have already looked at all the options, and I do not find where to configure this situation.

Hi Victor,
you can control the price round off at back end > Components > Taxi Booking > Settings > General Price settings > Round up Price?: Whole number, No or Nearest 5 Upwards.
If you wish to show amounts with decimals select No here and Save.

Sorry, but that does not work.
The NO option has been selected since we used the component, and does not show the amounts with decimals.
As I mentioned, if the price is 37.50, it always displays 37.00.

Hi Victor,

Sorry for the delay, somehow this issue got overlooked, hope this will not happen in the future again. About the problem, I have just checked the round up settings and I found it working as expected, couldn't replicate the problem. For example, I set a car price 35.50 in a Special route (A Ver o Mar (2) ) and I found 35.50 is showing when round up was set to NO (please see the attached). Then, I changed round up option to Whole number and price became 36 which is correct. So, please check again on your side and if you still find the problem, please send us more details (with screenshot if possible) so that we can replicate the issue on our side faster.

I do not know how or why.
I did the test again even now and I just notice that the problem stays the same.
I attach two pictures. One from the Back End, with the price at 37.50 and another from the front end with the same situation, but at 37.00.

I appreciate an explanation.

I found the problem now, you have added the price with comma (,) as decimal point, please use correct decimal point. I have corrected that and now price is showing correctly. You should always check if there is anything wrong from you. Please let us know if you still find any problem.

Sorry, but that's not true.
We can see clearly in the image that we sent previously that there is no comma, but a point.
In addition, we tried in various ways and in various decimal formats, and never worked.
Before we bother you, we always exhaust all possibilities, and we do all the tests.
Probably the problem would be another, not this one.
Apparently it's settled, and only you will know what you actually did.
