#152 – some problems with custom fields

 hi,
we are trying to use the extra field.
We noticed a few bugs. You can see in the screen shots that I enclose.

1) When I add an additional field of type "EXTRAS" the label does not appear anywhere, and the field is too large and is formatted wrong. Also where you see the contents of the "DESCRIPTION"?
I also tried various combinations of using the additional fields but seem to have a bizarre operation.
Even in the module abutment similar problems.

also it would be next to veiicolo have a summary of the costs.
-cost way
-cost return
-cost discounted return

and the same thing should appear in the summary screen before payment.

Otherwise, you would not have clarity of costs and what they are buying!

This was the issue of html tag issue in Custom fields tooltip and we have managed to fix that. We will add this fix in next release so you can safely update.

FYI, If you assign a custom field as Show on User Details, all other assignment like Show on Pickup, Show on Dropoff etc. will be ignored and that field will only be available to User Details screen (3rd step).

We think that would be a good idea to have a detailed summary of costs , cost -way , return cost discounts, extra goes next to the vehicle , prior to the selection of the type , and even after being previous order, so customers can clearly understand what go to buy and how much they pay for each option.

We have fixed the Custom field label issue in Return block. We will add this fix in next release so that you can safely update.

We could not get the meaning of what you said about extrafield displayed one for all in my search table. Please explain in more details with screenshot if possible.

And, We could not replicate error with extra in booking form. Would you please check again and provide more details if the problem persists.

I intend to display all the extra fields or other additional fields at the bottom of the search form or search screen in the booking page.

All that information is available in the Confirmation screen before the user completes the booking and it is unnecessary to clutter the Car table with that information again. Total price before taxes is shown in the Car table and in Confirmation screen everything is broken down for the user to see exactly what they are charged for and how much.
