Hi, I have 6 cars loaded, but the booking form only shows ids 1,2 and 3 why is this please? (I have set up a few of these sites now and this is the first time this has happened) Thanks. Taxi4u

Hi Taxi4u,
there may be a couple of reasons some cars are not shown: if Cars are not published they will not show at the front end, if Cars are not available at the selected Date/Time they will not show at the front end. Availability can be set in Cars management for Days of the week and Hours of the day but also Availability is tracked by Taxi Booking by recording previous bookings and blocking off cars for the same Date/Time as previous bookings to avoid double booking.
Please check these options and let us know if there is something else.

Hi martso, it was the availability not selected ( my fault, i assumed if all cars not tracked was selected then all would be available) so I selected mon - sun availability and it is now fixed. thank you very much. taxi4u
