In addition to the reservation message via SMS to the customer, is it possible to receive booking SMS also from the service owner?

Let me explain:
at the time of booking confirmation, an SMS arrives to the customer, is it possible to have an alert also via SMS also to the site owner?

Customer A: Receives SMS
Taxi Drive: Receive SMS?

Hi Pinella,
this is not possible at the moment and we haven't considered it at all as SMS sending is a paid service and none of our clients has requested receiving SMS confirmation if they can receive an email that they can check on any smartphone. Emails get much more information in them and can contain links for booking management.

We can add SMS to the owner and SMS to drivers but this will require custom development and we will have to charge a development fee for it.
