There are several things that should be considered while operating Shuttles. Shuttles work per day basis and hence sold tickets for a shuttle is just for the booking date only. Those tickets will be available again when its a new day. Another important thing is Shuttle order with Waiting status will not block off sold tickets. Order status must be Accepted to block off sold tickets. Please go through Shuttle explanation here http://kanev.com/blog/31-what-exactly-is-shuttles-functionality-for-taxi-booking. Please check your setup again and if you still find any flaw, Please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue.

And, we agree with you that Admin should be able to see how many seats are booked for a shuttle per day in one place. We will add this in next release.
