#2201 – Reservation Completed email

Is there a way to enable / trigger an automated email on reservation completion?

I know review email being sent to customer after 24 hours, but we need an email sent to driver as well as to customers as soon as job is compelted.
please guide

Hi Mike,
there is no way for that email at the moment - every email needs a trigger action and when the job is completed there is no trigger action. If the customer and/or driver were to do something after the job is done to confirm it then this action can be used to trigger an email.
