Just updated to 3.10.4 and it has killed my form and also some of the backend is missing like settings etc. Please advise.

Hi Mark,
don't panic, we have made a lot of changes in this Taxi Booking release so you might have to clear your browser's cache and then go to back end Settings > General settings and Save the panel.
Then everything at the front end will be back to normal.
Don't forget to back up your website before each update as things may go wrong in the server to server communication.
Let me know if you managed to solve the issue.

I did that already and the settings is not showing in the back end its blank.
