Taxi Booking recurring updates Annually, Stripe for Taxi Booking

Hi,
In my website https://holidaystaxi.eu when i select in the last booking step the cash payment or paypal all the custom fields that i have create like message, flight number and address disappears. When i select the other custom fields the custom fields are there.
Please help
