#259 – Strange Behaviour

Tonight i tried to make a booking on my live site for 4 people and i got the following error "No vehicles available for this DateTime, please change DateTime and try again."

I have 3 cars setup

1. Up to 4 passengers
2. 5 passengers
3. 6 passengers

When i choose 5 or 6 passengers it works fine but as soon as i chose 4 i get the error, all cars are setup exactly the same.

I also made a booking for tomorrow evening at the same site and it was fine.

Hi markholland8,
first see if you have Minimum passengers set for a car and then see if you have previous orders for the same Date/Time. If you can see all cars for different Date/Time then you have an order that is blocking the car availability.

Yes that was it there was a booking and the email went to junk so i did not see it.
