#272 – Taxi Booking Corporate Invoice

 Hi there,
how do I send customized email to a client in Taxi Booking Corporate Component? I set up header and footer by clicking on Settings then Invoice Email but do not see a way to use it. Could you kindly guide me through the process? The only option I can see is to send an email through PayPal, I hope thats not the case!

Hi Imran,
the body of the email will be all Orders made by this Client in the current month.
You can customize the Header and the Footer with personal to your company information if you like.
All Invoices are processed online and the email is just a reminder for Invoice payment due with a list of the orders.
Only orders submitted by the Client will be visible in each Client invoice section so if there are no orders by this client there will be nothing displayed at the back end and no need to send emails.

Payment notifications to Clients will also be sent automatically 5 days before the due date.

Thank you very much for a detailed answer. I think, I'm quite clear about the process now. Just one little thing, how do I go about setting a corporate account with multiple users ( send the invoice to accounts payable only but let company employees be able to book and receive confirmation individually)?
If it's not a part of current version, I think we should prioritize this functionality to be incorporated in the next update. Please let me know!

Hi Imran,
it's a valid point you make here. Employees must be able to view the orders when a company is booking for them.

We came up with a solution that we will add to next Taxi Booking release.
We will add a "Send Order copy" functionality to the booking form in User details. This will not only help Corporate clients send Order copies to their employees but also can be used for passenger security purposes as someone else will have their route details as well eg. Mom, Dad, Friend, Employer, Employee etc.
