#280 – DriveNot Website

I am getting a 404 error when trying to save the company details on the website, tried a few times but keeps happening?

I have just tried this again and the company reg number and license fields are greyed out so I can't complete them but it won't let me proceed without them?

Hi Michelle,
you will have to submit the application at your Taxi Booking > DriveNot network > Apply to join DriveNot mobile app which will update your drivenot.com listing as well.
Once you have done that with the Company registration and Transportation license fields filled in you will be able to Edit the listing directly on drivenot.com

I have done that and updated the info, will it take a while to show up as I cannot see the listing now?

Your listing should be available on DriveNot.com now and the DriveNot mobile app.
The screening process takes a while but yours should have passed quickly.
If you are using PayPal on the mobile app there are some additional steps to be taken with PayPal itself so please let us know if that's the case.
