#283 – Booking form thank you page

 Hi Marian,
I have done it in the past but can't remember how to modify the text on thank you page after booking submission.
Could you please let me know?

Hi Imran,
you can use Joomla language override to change the texts on Thank you pages. Please note that there are different Thank you pages for different Booking types (Address search, Special offers) so you may want to check all if you need to make changes to the texts.

Hi Marian,
It looks like we are talking about different Thank you pages. I am referring to the one that shows up right after submitting the booking form. It basically says that 'you will receive a confirmation of your booking shortly. Click here to go to xyz page'.
I can't find that text in joomla language overrides, wondering if it was done through Taxibooking settings. Anyways, I will have a closer look and will let you know of the outcome of my efforts.

we are talking about the same Thank you page. If you look for:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming this booking.

in Language override, you should be able to see and change the text.

You are absolutely right about Thank you page, it is the page I was referring to but for some reason I can't seem to find the string " you will receive a confirmation e-mail, confirming this booking".
I have attached the screenshot of my search that didn't yield any results. Could you please tell me if it's the right place to look into.
I just want to change the above string to: " You will receive a confirmation email soon,"

Did you click on the Search button in the language override section?
I can see the text you are searching for on our demo server in the Language override:

RECEIVE_CONFIRMATION_MAIL
You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming this booking.

Please try again or manually add
Language constant:
RECEIVE_CONFIRMATION_MAIL
and the text you wish to change it to. Save and test at the front end.
This should work without a problem.
