#308 – Special Routes prices

Editing "Special Routes" for the Airport Transfer -from and to city centre- http://sofiservice.com/online-booking.html
I have a Fixed Price for the service, but this change depending the pax number.
For example:

Venice Airport => Venice Piazzale Roma
1 pax € 40.00
2/4 pax € 45.00
5/6 pax € 55.00
7/8 pax € 65.00

How can I do?

Hi Nicola,
At the moment there is no per person setting for Address search or Special routes. Per person availability and prices are only available in Shuttle booking section.

We have researched the possibility to add Additional price per passenger and the project is published in our Development section where you are welcome to comment or contribute: http://kanev.com/development/taxi-booking/1-add-price-per-passenger-and-additional-luggage-charge

There is a way that you can accomplish what you need but it will be a bit time consuming.
You will have to create separate Cars with different Passenger settings.
1 pax - Minimum passengers: 1; Maximum passengers 1
2/4 pax - Minimum passengers: 2; Maximum passengers 4
5/6 pax - Minimum passengers: 5; Maximum passengers 6
7/8 pax - Minimum passengers: 7; Maximum passengers 8
This way only the car that can fit the number of passengers selected by your customers will be shown in the Cars search result at the booking form.

Then in Special routes you can set:
Venice Airport => Venice Piazzale Roma
1 pax Car - € 40.00
2/4 pax Car - € 45.00
5/6 pax Car - € 55.00
7/8 pax Car - € 65.00
