#327 – Problem when Paying in Taxi Booking

 Today a customer wanted to make a booking, but he got problem...
Everything was fine until the end when paying...

I did the test using the webpage also doing the mobile and it was the same.

I filled all the fields, I choose the Pay Cash method, and, in the last section CHECK YOUR ORDER, I checked the Box to Accept Terms & Conditions,
then I typed the characters of the Captcha (in website). When the MAKE A BOOKING Bottom appears, I hit it and it keeps there ... the 3 boxes moving like they are working or trying to do something, but nothing happen...

I did the same steps using the App (the captcha didn't appears in app), I selected the Pay Cash method and nothing happen...

I need your help for that...

NOTE : I didn't make the test using paypal...

Hi Ramon,
if you have updated from a very old version there is a slight chance that a data base table has not been altered.
We have just released 3.11.5 which addresses this issue so please update and let us know if you still have any problems.

I was using 3.11.3 and I got that error.
Then I updated to 3.11.4 and I got that error.
Then I updated to 3.11.5 and I got that error.
