Can you display prices with added VAT on? or can they display as Price + VAT ???

You can set up Tax information like VAT within the Payment methods configuration.
Go to your back end > Taxi Booking > Payment methods and select the payment method you with to add Tax to, then add the Tax % in the Tax field. Tax will be added to the total when that payment method is selected by the customer.

Can i display 2 different options so that one shows the price with added VAT and the other just displays as the price + VAT?

Hi there,
this is not currently possible. Tax is applicable to all bookings if you set one up. There is no system to track business VAT registration at the moment.
